Winona Ryder is the well-known professional brand name of Winona Laura Hoowitz, born within Winona Minnesota. Her parents named her for her hometown. Michel Horowitz was her father as well as Cynthia Palmer, his mother, were both authors and editors. Ryder's father was from a Jewish family. Ryder thinks she's Jewish. The actress is the sister to Uria as well as half-siblings Jubal & Sunyata. Ryder's family moved from Mendocino County, California at the age of seven older. There they didn't have electricity.
