Professor of law was the chief prosecutor in Trump's second trial for impeachment. Rep. Jamie Raskin will not run in the open Senate seat in Maryland. He instead will run for reelection an elected member of the House. He hopes to become the chairman of his position on the House Oversight and Accountability Committee.
