Tara Reid started with commercials in her early years and later made heads turn when she was a part of Saved by the Bell: The New Class. The acting of her has been scrutinized yet she's able to play the parts she played effortlessly. She got a break in The Big Lebowski as Bunny. It was an important stepping stone for her career. She began to get better offers with films such as Urban Legend and Cruel Intentions. It is American Pie the cult movie featuring sexually explicit teens which established Reid as a potential star in Hollywood due to her character as the virgin Vicky. However, none of these was enough to lead to a highly profitable Hollywood career. Reid did not do well in films such as Josie and the Pussycats. She was not able to make a comeback despite her small role as a character in American Pie 2. Reid is more famous as a fashion-conscious designer and party host more than an actress. It is due to her on-screen mistakes, publicized plastic surgery and a myriad of other blink-and miss performances.
